Had my first visit and it was above and beyond any dentist visit I’ve EVER had!! Dr. B was so warm and sincere in her assessment and allowed me to give my opinion and made me feel very at ease. The appointment started out great with Anyssa the hygienist, she was just awesome! Really put my mind and anxiety at ease! If you don’t have a dentist and are looking for an awesome team, Bellissima is where you need to be! 10/10 for appearance, ambience, an awesome staff and superb doctor!! Dr. B is exceptional! The team at Belissima is incredibly friendly and professional. They genuinely care about their patients' well-being and take the time to listen to any concerns or questions. Dr. B is not only highly skilled but also very gentle and compassionate. The office itself is BEAUTIFUL. modern, clean, and does not look or feel like a dental office at all (a good thing). The equipment used is brand new and state-of-the-art, and the dental team is clearly committed to staying up-to-date with the latest technology and advancements in dentistry. This was the best and most personalized dental visit I have ever had! From the start of reserving to walking into such a beautiful spa atmosphere! I was welcomed and relaxed and greeted by Shannon and Ming. Annisa was my assistant and she was AMAZING! I walked into the hygiene suite and my name was on the tv welcoming me! I chose music and Dr B remembered I went to a concert recently and played the music from it! It was an amazing experience! Dr B. Has a gentle and thorough touch! In 42 yrs I have never had a dentist check my glands and do an oral cancer screening and complete exam this way and it was AMAZING! She’s completely thorough and super sweet! I’m obsessed with the taste of everything also! I felt so encouraged, informed and clean when we were done. Oh and the scan is the coolest thing! Very educational. When I completed my visit I was excited to schedule my needed treatment ! I felt and feel valued and informed! This is what dentistry should be! Thank you to the AMAZING Dr B and team for truly giving me a Bellissima experience and smile! Trust me don’t wait, book your visit now, this Jewel in town is going to fill up fast!
I am beyond pleased with my visit to Bellissima Dental Boutique. It began with the call from Shannon to make my appointment. I let her know I am scared of dental visits and she was very calm with me. She took the time to tell me what would happen during the first visit so I knew what to expect. She explained the things they had in place to help ease my anxiety such as music & tv to watch. I arrived at my appointment & was welcomed immediately upon entering. Shannon greeted me with a warm smile & was reassuring me everything was going to be okay. I probably looked terrified.I was then called into the room & the excellent service continues with Aneesa, the hygienist. She is amazing. She talked me through everything she was doing & when I needed a moment she gave me it. She helped to calm me down even more. Dr. B is phenomenal, calming, courteous & continued the excellent experience. I have never had a dentist take their time with me to ensure I was comfortable and at ease. She explained as she went letting me know what to expect & did things when I was ready. Dr. B & her team provided a thoughtful planned out experience and the atmosphere of the guest suites helped provide the additional comfort for me. I have found the perfect dentist & team that’s right for me.
